This role is not for the faint of heart. It’s a sleeves-up, hands-on, plate-spinning rollercoaster of a position, working with a world-class team of talented engineers, designers, marketers and commercial visionaries, to wrestle projects through to completion on-time and on-budget.

It’ll flex all of your project management muscles, from the Agile methodologies of our engineering and quality assurance teams to the more traditional systems practiced by an enviable roster of enterprise clients. Ultimately, you’ll oversee all individual team priorities and choreograph the whole show to ensure delivery on commercial imperatives.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Tracking, managing and reporting on several streams of work across multiple disciplines, including Product Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing

  • Responsible for the delivery of both project work and ongoing internal initiatives

  • Overseeing technical product development, ensuring the broader commercial strategy and roadmap are being adhered-to and timescales are being met

  • Ensuring momentum is being maintained, removing barriers and resolving problems
  • Project managing client app-builds, training and other consultation services (both pre- and post-sale)

  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to fully understand and document client requirements
  • Ensuring that all project work is on-track, on-time and on-budget

  • Ensuring that internal processes and protocols are being followed and adopted

  • Leading regular reviews of those processes/protocols with a focus on constant, iterative improvement

  • Ensuring Customer Service SLAs are being met

  • Keeping Senior Management up-to-date with progress and providing early warning of any potential issues

  • Reporting to the board on various initiatives


To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in project management
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment

  • Some experience with other project/process management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, CCPM, IPM, Sigma 6 etc)

  • The ability to speak several languages (e.g. tech/dev, creative, commercial, client)

  • The drive to take responsibility/accountability for delivery

  • Impeccable time-management and organisation skills

  • The ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, remove barriers and resolve problems

  • The ability to nurture, motivate and coach junior staff

  • Recognised project management qualifications

  • Experience implementing and managing ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO27017, ISO27018

Salary:£35-45k DOE
Contract:Permanent, Full-Time
