We’ve just completed a significant round of investment and are growing fast, accelerating an ambitious technical roadmap that will ready our product for global domination and we’re looking for passionate, confident software developers to help us put pedal to the metal.

We’ll be honest – this role is not for comfort-zone casuals. It’s a sleeves-up, hands-on, collaborative rollercoaster of a position, working with a world-class team of talented engineers, designers, marketers and commercial visionaries to create groundbreaking products the world has never seen before.

It’ll flex all of your software development muscles, from solid, secure back-end, infrastructure and micro-services to slick front-end interfaces to satisfy our enviable roster of blue-chip clients. Working as part of a broader Agile team, you’ll be fully responsible for your own contribution, delivering against commercial imperatives in a creative and collaborative environment.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Contributing to the full stack – back-end, front-end and everything in between

  • Building and maintaining groundbreaking software products

  • Undertaking all parts of the development lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment

  • Analysing user requirements and providing appropriate solutions

  • Presenting ideas to the broader team in a clear and concise manner

  • Architecting and developing technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions

  • Recording and reporting tasks and bugs using industry standard issue-tracking tools

  • Collaborating with fellow team members toward technical solutions, implementation and code reviews

  • Performing independently to complete goals and deliver value

  • Contributing to Agile processes, such as planning and peer reviews

  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in software engineering

  • Passionate about delivering the very best products

  • Willing to undertake other duties outside of this description, commensurate with your skills and experience


To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have:

  • A BSc in Computer Science or related degree

  • Working knowledge of the software development life cycle

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices

  • Experience designing, developing and maintaining complex systems

  • Experience across the full stack using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS (primarily Javascript)

  • Working knowledge of SQL and databases

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience using version control systems (e.g. Git)

  • Understanding of cloud services

  • A positive, collaborative mindset, forward thinking and ready for a challenge


To really knock our socks off, you might also have: (though definitely not required)

  • Experience with Cordova / Hybrid mobile app development

  • Experience with NodeJS

  • Experience with Python

  • An understanding of micro-service architecture

  • Experience with DevOps processes and tools
