Do you get your kicks designing air-tight testing strategies for innovative SaaS products? Are you a hands-on automation machine? Are you ready to lead your crack team of meticulous QA’s into the breach?

We’ve just completed a significant round of investment and are growing fast, accelerating an ambitious technical roadmap that will ready our product for global domination and we’re looking for a seasoned quality analyst to lead our test team, wringing-out every last bug with an ever-expanding automated test suite.

It’ll flex all of your software-destruction muscles, from devising detailed and efficient testing strategies to rolling up your sleeves and showing the young ’uns how it’s done. Working as part of the broader Agile product team, you’ll be wholly responsible for the release-worthiness of our first-of-a-kind product, encompassing a host of web applications, mobile apps, APIs and micro-services.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Creating test strategies and plans to achieve maximum coverage

  • Designing, developing and executing automation scripts

  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

  • Estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating quality testing activities

  • Identifying, recording, documenting and tracking bugs

  • Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

  • Investigating problems found in software as a result of testing

  • Working with the QA team and software developers to find solutions

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have:

  • Hands-on experience leading a software QA team

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Working knowledge of test frameworks/suites

  • Strong experience using Selenium, Webdriver or other tools

  • Competent in at least one programming language suitable for web/hybrid mobile automation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

  • Understanding of Microservices and endpoint testing

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

To really knock our socks off, you might also have: (though definitely not required)
